Also please remember, our products are handcrafted with a lot of love, each piece will vary from one to another due to the nature of paper and fabric engineering.  We do our best to make high quality work.  Made in a studio, not in a factory.

 
 

SHIPPING
 

All orders ship Monday through Friday from Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Processing takes 1-3 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments in USA.

TRANSIT TIMES AND RATES

UPS standard / 2-8 days - FREE SHIPPING
UPS ground* / 2-5 days - $20
Rest of the World: $30 5-10 days

SOME NOTES!

  • Custom items may take 3-10 days to make.  Our products are hand crafted with love, depending on the back order, it could be quick, it also may take longer. An additional 1-2 days to process. Just email us about the times before ordering any custom items.

  • Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will process the following Monday.

  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.

  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

  • UPS does not ship on weekends.

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, a valid street address is required.

  • Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away.  We'll do our best! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order has been sent out studio.

 

Returns
 

Returning is straightforward! We want you to be super happy with your product, so if you aren’t satisfied, tell us why and we’ll sort you out.

Contact us 7 days of receipt and give us your reasons. When returned to us in its original condition we will refund you less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or if we aren’t contacted within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.  

We will refund an item if it is damaged. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your item, we will not refund the item if contacted after the 7 days after receipt.  The products are handcrafted with card stock, so we make sure the packaging is secure when it's sent out. 

SOME NOTES!

  • Be careful when wearing. We do not refund items if soiled while being worn.  Remember our products aren’t made forever and need some love and care.

  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender, so please double check.

  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Custom products are not returnable.
